This week I discuss an obvious but important tip for creating a sustainable exercise habit… “Do what you love and PD Warriorfy it”
As health professionals we offer a lot of advice in regards to the best type of exercise for you and your Parkinson’s.
But the best type of exercise is also the one that you will actually do! For the best results, PD Warrior exercises should be performed on a daily basis but on top of that, try to find something you enjoy doing and find a way to “PD Warriorfy” it or in other words, make it Neuroactive.
Like walking? add bursts of BIG amplitude walking.
Enjoy going to the gym? add power based exercises to your routine.
