This month we introduce “Bounce Pass” as our monthly exercise video.
This is a great one to get family and friends involved and give them a taste of some of the challenging exercises you are working on every day!
Bounce Pass will test your concentration, dual tasking ability, power and of course team work! To progress this exercise you can add the marching as you can see with Lisa and I. You can also add in some partner cognitive dual tasks or add a variation of balls (tennis ball, soft balls etc).
We would love to see some videos from your attempts and some of the creative ways you can progress this exercise!
